The Mailing List emails are temporarily not being propagated to the people who have signed up. The email is being added to the Archive though so you can always check there and it will be logged there (best to check by date). https://www.mail-archive.com/cin@lists.cinelerra-gg.org/maillist.html

No mails from the list as far as can see.
