[Cin] Smaller HEVC HDR test file

https://cloud.mail.ru/public/pgQ6/g4XNRF3ye I created smaller 18 mbytes test file (actually 480p) for testing, like this ~/bin//ffmpeg8-vk -i ~/K38_sdcard1/Documents/iPhone11_4K-recorder_59.940HDR10.mov -vf scale=-2:480 -c:a copy -c:s copy -c:v libx265 -t 25 -g 5 -crf 20 -f mp4 /dev/shm/hevc_720p.mp4 If you look at it WITHOUT tonemapping it will look very washed out. If you add tonemapping it will look much more lively (all on SDR display of course)
