I'm sure someone would want to debate it, but IMHO sparc32 is not an appropriate platform for cinelerra in 2025. I'd argue that "minimum system requirements" should include at least 4Gbyte of RAM, 64bit multi-core CPU, and at least PCIe SATA-2 storage channel. with the XV-xwindows driver graphical composition on integrated GPUs is "adequate", but only barely.
For video stuff? sure. But cinelerra is also audio editor, and as such can be used (at least in theory) on lower end platforms .... To my surprise I learned that termux version of cingg I have compiled in updated termux/Android 11 environment actually CAN play sound, just when displaying via remote X11 to my desktop ... If I connect to RealVNC or use termux-x11 it crashes for mysterious reasons on audio playback, or plays no audio with newly-added alsa support (mplayer works fine from termux). There was bug about this termix-specific crash filled by me ...somewhere in Mantis Bugzilla ... it probably still down :( )

Not really, but it compiled to completion, and shwed startup messages and died in GL library call (inside GL library, mesa) :)
So, trying to rebuild on netBSD/sparc with opengl disabled
Not even diffs, just bootstrap.c and Makefile from guicast folder.
Need more ram on compile machine, 256 M too small with 32 Mb of swap for affine.c :)
