I use "recordMyDesktop" for the screencast at 15fps
(unfortunately, less is better on my old Notebook), and "key Mon"
for keyboard and mouse monitor in UbuntuStudio_16.04 (it use Xfce,
a lightweight desktop environment).
Consider that my screen resolution is only 1280x800 pixels.
