In populating my DAW under Ubuntu 24.04, I have sadly found it necessary to uninstall 

and remove all CALF plugins. They were causing my somewhat new system to crash all 

the time. 

A great pity as they've been tremendous for a long while.

Does this only affect Arch Linux because it is removing GTK2, or could it be a more general problem?
