[Cin]Debian 13 and bld_prepare.sh

Installed Debian 13.2.0 amd64 on qemu. Now trying to see bugs reported by users our script blds/bld_prepare.sh might need some additions debian-13 is vasically same as debian just wothout 2to3 package (it was python thing). I am not sure how to best handle this: make new case for debian-13 or just delete 2to3 from debian section (I think our python script in guicast was python3 ready for some years)?
